Hourly Wage based on Experience
We are looking for a dynamic multitasker who will manage the day to day operations of the warehouse; receiving, organizing, storing and distributing inventory. The Warehouse & Delivery manager will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse and office. They will be responsible for the transportation of products to and from manufacturers, decorators, and clients, in addition they will ensure the basic maintenance of the fleet vehicles.

Warehouse Responsibilities
• Receive, inventory, and allocate product shipments and/or deliveries received from UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
• Carefully read POs to determine if products should be warehoused or brought to the production area.
• Maintain communication with the team to anticipate large shipments, to determine what shipments are priorities, and to ensure product is allocated properly.
• Taking inventory of received products and reporting to appropriate team members.
• Maintain physical condition, order, functionality, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Disposing of any pallets, waste, and/or recycling from the warehouse and offices.
• Wiping down surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming the warehouse weekly or more as needed.
• Consistently maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist with housekeeping and other tasks as needed.
• Physically fit and must be able to lift packages weighing approximately 50 pounds.

Delivery Responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with excellent driving skills.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles. Performing routine maintenance (carwash, gas, oil, windshield washing fluid, etc.)
• Follow the best practices for safety both on the road and while loading and unloading vehicles.
• Be courteous and observe all traffic laws.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of the 50-mile radius of the office.
• Communicating with team members to ensure timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of product to and from clients, decorators, and manufacturers.
• Review orders/jobs and work with team members to plan designated routes.
• Obtain client signatures when required.
